FACILITY COORDINATOR
Position Summary
The Facilities Assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Facilities Department to include daily stocking and maintenance of company break rooms and coffee bars; set-up and teardown of food and equipment for meetings and special events; and assisting with food, supply and equipment deliveries and distribution. Works under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Stock and maintain company break rooms, coffee bars and printer/copier stations.
- Assist with food functions and special event set-up and teardown.
- Pick-up and/or delivery of chairs, keys and miscellaneous office equipment and supplies.
- Maintenance of Conference Rooms.
- Demonstrate ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with corporate policies, goals and objectives, accept constructive criticism, establish goals and objectives, and exhibit initiative and commitment.
Requirements
High School diploma or general education diploma (GED) or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must have strong verbal skills to interact effectively with all of the organization
- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
